Life is a Team Sport
Two former college teammates discuss family, faith, fitness and the lessons we learned from sport and how they apply to life. Our goal is to build strong women, families and communities as we talk to women about their experiences and pull out practical lessons that we can each apply today. We want to add value to our community and we love to laugh, so in every episode, there will be a highlight reel and a blooper reel shared by our guest or one of our hosts.
